WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We do our best to make sure you're happy and satisfied with your order. If you are not, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the delivery date which excludes shipping costs.
To initiate a return, send us an email at email@example.com with your order number in the email subject line and a brief message for the reason you are requesting a return.
Please note that the shipping fees for all orders, as well as duties and taxes for international orders are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All returned item(s) must be in original packaging with tags in unused and original/new condition.
All sale items cannot be returned, as well as food/treats, beds, grooming items, and gift cards.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, we will send you an order update once your return or exchange has been processed. Please note that some credit cards take up to 1-5 days to reflect refund charges. For more information on when you can expect to see the funds back on your account, please contact your bank or credit card provider.

Since exchanges are not automated, we ask that you place a new order online and return the unwanted item for a full refund. Please refer to the return policy above.
