Q: Can I visit the store with my fur friend?
A: Yes, of course! We love making new friends and seeing you all in person. Come hang out with us in our store located at 12 Union Avenue, Cresskill, NJ. Our store hours are, Thursday & Friday 1-5pm and Saturday-Sunday 12-5pm. Friendly and fully vaccinated furiends are allowed in-store. Dogs must be leashed. Please be cautious when opening the door, as our furry friends may run out.
Q: Help! How do I know which size to order?
A: Each designer and products are unique and sized differently - be sure to measure your dog according to the sizing charts provided for each product. If you need additional help or have any questions in regards to sizing, please do not hesitate to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org — we’ll be happy to help!
Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: We aim to ship out all orders within 2-3 business days, depending on shipping volume. If you need an order sooner, please contact us and we’ll do our best to make it happen.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we only ship to USA and Canada. BITS & CREW is not responsible for additional customs fees or duties.
We're working really hard on shipping internationally! However, if you would like us to ship specific products out to you, we can work on sending over a shipping quote to you. Please email us at email@example.com to start the process.
Q: Can I pick up my order in-store?
A: Of course! Please use code NJPICKUP during check out and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. This allows us to prepare your order and to schedule a pick up time.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order is on the way, we will send you a confirmation email and tracking number (if available).
Q: Can I return or exchange my online order?
A: We do our best to make sure you’re happy and satisfied with your order. If you are not, we’re happy to process a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Please email us at email@example.com with your name and order number to start the return process.
For exchanges, due to the number of inventory we have in stock, make sure you place a new order and send back the original item(s) in its original packaging for a refund.
Q: How long does it take to process returns?
A: Returns will be processed within 1-3 days of receipt. Please note that some credit cards take up to 1-5 days to reflect refund charges. We’ll send you an order update once your return or exchange has been processed. For more information on when you can expect to see the funds back on your account, please contact your bank or credit card provider.
Q: Can I use two discount codes for my order?
A: Unfortunately, the system only allows a single code to be entered while making a purchase.
Q: Can I return a sale item?
A: All sale items are final sales and are non-refundable.
Q: The product I want is out of stock.. what do I do?
A: We try our best to get your favorite items back in stock as soon as possible. Please sign up to our newsletter and make sure to follow us on Instagram/Facebook @bitsandcrew for updates!
