Q: What size should I order?

A: Please keep in mind, each designer and products are unique and sized differently - be sure to measure your dog according to the sizing charts provided for each product. If you need additional help or have any questions in regards to sizing, please do not hesitate to email us at — we’ll be happy to help!

Q: When will my order be shipped?

A: We aim to ship out all orders within 2-3 business days, depending on shipping volume. If you need an order sooner, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: We now offer international shipping - yay! Note, BITS & CREW is not responsible for additional customs fees or duties. If you have any issues, please do not hesitate to email us at

Q: How can I track my order?

A: Once your order is on the way, we will send you a confirmation email and tracking number (if available).

Q: What should I do if I have an issue with my order

A: Oh no! We are so sorry to hear this and will do what we can to make it right. Please email us at - we're here to help!

Q: Can I return or exchange my online order?

A: We do our best to make sure you’re happy and satisfied with your order. If you are not, we’re happy to process a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Please email us at with your name and order number to start the return process. 
For exchanges, due to the number of inventory we have in stock, make sure you place a new order and send back the original item(s) in its original packaging for a refund.

Q: How long does it take to process returns?

A: Returns will be processed within 1-3 days of receipt. Please note that some credit cards take up to 1-5 days to reflect refund charges. We’ll send you an order update once your return or exchange has been processed. For more information on when you can expect to see the funds back on your account, please contact your bank or credit card provider.

Q: Can I return a sale item?

A: All sale items are final sales and are non-refundable.

Q: The product I want is out of stock.. uh, what should I do?
